Have to agree with others here. Your hand holds and smooth transitions between all of the movements are incredible! I'm an Australian physiotherapist and have already purchased your MET book.

Omg this was amazing!! I naturally do these type of stretches on myself and on my lymphatic clients without evening knowing the name and understanding, give or take a few things. I just feel with my senses and understand the assignment!

But this was great info cuz I currently been dealing with a pain in my right shoulder I been trying to work out on my own! But now I know and understand I can find someone who specializes in this type of therapy to fix my shoulder!☺️🙏🏾

Hi John, I am a sports massage therapist. I love seeing your dynamic way of working and have learnt a lot from seeing different MET's (I'd got stuck in my limited set). I have been suffering with carpal tunnel, tennis elbow and TOS from too much deep pressure so have now started to relearn MET's so that I can carry on working. Your videos are very helpful.
Who are they aimed at? I was wondering if they are really meant for Osteo/Chiro students?
