Additional foot relief comes from soaking feet in warm eosom salts bath, with a pinch of ginger powder that's been pre-dissolved in warn water. (Ginger is an anti-inflammitory.)
A quick pick-me-up is putting a little 2-inch diameter, hard, tennis ball, the ones you buy for small dogs to play with (not the ones that are softer), onto the floor and roll your foot around on top of it. You can work out just about any knot or pain.

I walk a mile to work 10hours and walk a mile home. My feet constantly hurt all the time. I almost waddle in pain instead of walk. I'll give this a go. I can't stretch it that far but I'll work at it diligently and hope.

Wouw!!! I walked 6 hours today on my mountain boots and had warm, tired and painful feet when I got home. I massaged them but that didn’t worked. I tried this exercise and I have INSTANT pain/tiredness relief. Now one hour later my feet still feel warm and super relax. I’m gonna try this every time and hopefully it will work every time as good as now!

Nice! Tried it and got a good stretch going. I've literally had my toes and foot cramp up while driving and had to pull over on the side of the fwy. Don't think I'll have to worry about that anymore!

I was having a pain on the inside of my foot, I tried this out and felt about 30 percent better instantly. I had a back pain a while back and his video on that helped me out in the best way possible. Dr.Rowe you are the man and Thank You for helping people.

Great exercice, If you do it without you hands, do you also work your abs at the same time?
