This is a new guided mindfulness meditation that will help you improve your actions by having better awareness of yourself to find strength and comfort - You can be better by embracing the positive in your life and removing negative energy! The path to your future will become more clear, and you will focus on living a fuller life now.

Let the dialogue and ambient music soundtrack guide you. Use your breath/breathing as a point of focus. The calm and peaceful guided meditation dialogue lasts for a little under 8 minutes, followed by about 3 minutes of ambient music to bring you back out of meditation - 11 minutes total. You really can be a better YOU!
