Andrew Huberman has become one of the most popular voices in the science and self improvement industry. He offers quality, peer reviewed backed information in a digestible way that can help you improve your life. I wanted to try Andrew Huberman's Morning routine and test it to see what impact it would have on my health, mood, and productivity. I conducted two blood tests to see if the routine had any improvement in my testosterone levels, as well as self monitoring my energy levels and overall mood. And after 30 days, I feel like this actually may have changed my life.

Have a great week guys! Cheers.

Thank you for sharing you experience-- focus is everything indeed, is hard and yet as you proved, is attainable for meaningful stretches on a daily basis.
I do think it gets "easier" (or the process of re-focus more familiar and facile) over time.
Best Wishes,
Andrew

8:07 - 9:30 I've never heard someone so exactly describe the grief inside me that no one around me has understood when I try to explain it. Thank you ... I needed that.

I love the irony that I'm watching this instead of doing my History assignment

It felt like i was watching myself for 14 minutes straight, and that self talk at 08:10 that really hit hard. 8 years and still struggling with the same issue leaving so much potential on the table. thank you so much for this video.

Huberman helped change my life, dude. I went from a suicidal, depressed alcoholic in a loveless marriage during the pandemic to an unrecognizable, happy, sober divorced dad. I don't recall being this content since I was a child. Great video!!

This is the first time I’ve heard a YouTuber admit to themselves the harsh reality of being self-employed. Thank you, I appreciate you being real with it.

1. Write down the time you wake up
2. 10-15min walk
3. Drink saltwater
4. Drink athletic green
5. 90min work
6. Physical exercise
7. Cold shower
8. Have breakfast/brunch/lunch at around 11am

Edit: don't forget to leave your phone behind, this is the key to success in this routine. Thanks for noticing! And personally, I prefer to write down the goals right after noting the time I wake up, that helps me redefine and reaffirm my visions for the future.

8:00 - 9:48 Man I have NEVER in my 7 years of struggling heard someone explain EXACTLY what I am going through. I thought I was broken somehow, but fixable. I feel really stupid as you finally revealed the answer; my relationship with my phone is toxic.

At the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!

No one talks about the self-discipline required to be the selfpreneur or freelancer. This is incredibly relatable. Know you’re not alone. I’ve tested the 45min work, 15min break idea which has helped. I “only” have to do 45 mins at a time and this feels more achievable. Thought it was worth a share to try!

Brother, you have a huge heart and an immense amount of determination. I too was unable to show up in my life at full capacity since my dad passed in 2012. I ended up with colitis amongst other extreme dis ease within my body. Aug 12 2023 I chose to do a 45 day fast, that I created for myself, of all misalignments in my life that were keeping me from operating out of my highest form. During thisnfast I also feasted for 45 days on all alignments. I used wisdom that I have gained from life, teachers and coaches that I have had the pleasure of receiving thought out my life. Doing this for myself brought so much energy and clarity and drive to serve and do my good works.

Thank you for doing this for yourself, for having self worth and for being vulnerable. These traits create unconditional love within our hearts. Look at all the love and opportunity for others to build their faith in themselves. Thank you again for sharing your journey!

Thank you soooo much for sharing your experience! Your vulnerability and transparency with your struggles and being scared that you're leaving potential on the table really hit me. I'm sooo freaking happy for you and you've inspired me! ✨

People don't notice this . But much efforts the goal guys do on editing and scripting is top notch . Really makes me feel the video is like a well structured with being informative and helpful to the general audience and also the topics they touch on doing is just genius like taking on the trend and seeing if it actually works out or not .

That was a really good video! Thank you specifically for staying open about your moment of vulnerability... Seeing you hone in on figuring out WHY and asking the relavant questions and tweaking the routine, or using your experience to grow is SUCH a good and needed contrast to the 'giving up' mentality that permeates our culture nowadays.
Thank you!

It's my first time stumbling upon one of your videos. I am about 1/3 through watching this. WOW OMG. The quality of this video, camera work, the editing, the humor. everything, all that, blows my mind. Love it. You and your brother are so likeable.

Really appreciated the cinematography! All the little time lapse touches and contrasts between the old and the new worked really well to communicate your points!
I think it's in atomic habits, the idea of, "When you have bad habits, time is your enemy; but with good habits, time is your ally." This new routine seems like it will continue to pay compound interest in your life. Thanks for sharing!
