My morning routine for the last 3 months. Wake up, a glass of room temperature water, exercise 10 minutes or a little more, contrast shower and good breakfast 🚿🍳

Hi Monika, you have changed the life of this 60yo grandmother. I have been following your morning workouts for 3 weeks now and I feel great. I wake up at 5am every morning, wash my face, brush my teeth, change into my active gear, get my water bottle and I'm ready to go. I usually start with the gentle exercises then progress to a more challenging workout. I do 3 of your 10min workouts every morning. There are so many to choose from, I can never get bored. You motivate me to keep moving. Thank you so much.

Just what I have been looking for in a morning routine. Relatively light whole body dynamic stretches to wake up and warm up. Moves in a slow natural progression with soft music and a timer. No back or neck strain! I think I can stay with this one. Your mellow and relaxed nature is calming yet complete. Very well done. Thank you so much! ❤

After dealing with a herniated/bulging discs and sciatica. I have learned just how important stretches are... The Cobra pose/stretch has been so helpful relieving pain... I will continue a variety of these stretches even after I'm fully recovered. So important that maintain flexibility and strength in weak areas.

Thanks a lot! This morning I woke up completely broken, in a terrible state. I needed to cheer up, and I chose this workout instead of coffee. And added some weight to the arms. I feel definitely more alive than 10 minutes ago. Thank you very much again!
