Would love to see a similar video but where you do the exercises in real time as opposed to being speed up. This way you can do it with us and give us some educational bits about why that exercise is important or modify this particular one if this doesn’t feel good or tell us a story about an experience relating to running or training etc? :) please.

And yes, the hat changing is subtle but funny 😄

This could not have come at a better time for me. Just completed my first half marathon about 2 weeks ago and I can't seem to run without hip flexor pain now. Will definitely be giving this a go, thanks for sharing!

Just started trying to run - one of my hips bothering me, so thank you for directing me to this video. I can't do them all fully as yet but I'll get there I'm sure. Can't wait to feel like I can enjoy running without the anxiety of feeling like I might be doing myself some damage rather than some good!

I’m a long term runner but for the 1st time I’ve been suffering from mild outer hip pain and tightness, I rested for a week and ran today and the muscle ache and stiffness started again but only mild compared to last week .. what should I do ? Should I rest more and stretch, also could it be the Iliotibial Band or Inflammation of the Bursae ? What’s the difference ? Thanks buddy

Question - would this not better serve to increase hip flexibility rather than mobility? Not convinced this is for mobility??

these stretches also work on stretching the hair length, exhibit construction hat with long locks unless it's part of a Halloween costume :D
