Great stretches! I am 58 years old and have had a lumbar fusion. These stretches are perfect. I will be doing them daily!

That was very good! I can't get down on the floor so I did most of those on my bed with some adjustments and my hips are looser my knees feel good and even my ankles feel better! I think by watching your videos, it will get me back on track. Thank you very much and would you mention the music you played?

I just want to say how much I appreciate you. I am 57 going on 58 and I’ve had chronic disease Crohn’s, which has made me very weak your exercises not only help me physically but emotionally as well. Please keep up all you do. I’m sure you’re helping me. Thank you from the USA.❤❤❤
