This 15-minute routine is focused on bringing Mobility and Flexibility into your Hip! If you have tight hips, this mobility routine is for you. Feel free to repeat this practice on a daily basis as it is short and also not so taxing on the body. We will be working with dynamic stretches as well as passive stretches to improve both, mobility and flexibility. Let us know in the comment section how you like this routine =)

Thank you just did your routine. I have pain in my hip and glutes due to back degenerative (X-ray) forthree months after running a marathon... I did Your 15 minutes three times. I plan on doing this for weeks till the pain goes away. Thanks much needed therapy this was perfect priceless info,

Actually it was pretty good for those who had a break from physical routines. Also - some days I just do mild stretching, this video instructions are great. I’ve been practicing with you for a year, I guess it is time to level up and get a membership. Thank u!

Vor me personaly good, because i do other physical exersise- styles during the day and week, so e more "easy" one is awsome vor me right now. Thank you again keep going. You are doing a wunderfull job 😃🙏
