Hockey Hip Mobility Routine! Follow Along

I find Hip mobility and having control through wide ranges is very important for hockey. I learnt this the hard way and ran into issues with my hips through my career (pinching/limited range/shortened stride length). I found out near the end of my career which stretches really helped me so these are a handful of them! Enjoy the stretches and don't neglect your hips!

Mobility Exercises
-Alternating Lizard 1 min
- Worlds Greatest stretch 30s each side
- Adductor Rock Back 30s each side
- Adductor Rock Back + Hip Drive 30s Each side
- Adductor + T-spine Rotation 30s Each side
- Alternating Pigeon 1 min
- Bear Plank To Downward Dog 30s
- Down Dog + Heel Raise 30s Each side
- 90/90 Switches 30s
- 90/90 switch + Hip-drive 30s
- Slow Lunge with 5s ISO 30s Each Side
-Straight Leg Raise 30s Each Side

Thanks For Watching! There is never one specific way that works for all, these are a few of many stretches for the hips that I enjoy and made me feel better. Let me know which stretched Help you the most!

Nice routine. I think it goes without saying that one needs to be a bit warmed up before doing these, but also taking it slow if someone doesn't have that much hip flexibility. Learned quickly this feels more like a circuit than stretching. Thank you!

So I am working towards getting certified as a personal trainer and thought you could be help to this question I have. I am looking at muscular endurance tests, like the push up test, and am trying to figure out how those results are of any use, or if they are just good to know and have. Does that make sense?
