Simply roll out your mat and prepare for a quick 10 minute ab workout to help strengthen the abdominal muscles. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did!

The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work, 5 seconds rest to get into position for next exercise! If it takes a few extra seconds to settle into position, take your time!

As always, adapt the workout to suit you.

With lowering of the legs, only lower to where is comfortable for you.

Focus on each rep individually and take your time throughout!

BUTTERFLY TO EXTEND
TUCK HOLD TO LEG EXTEND
SEATED BICYCLES
RUSSIAN TWIST
ON HANDS TUCK TO EXTEND
ON ELBOWS SCISSORS
SLOW RECLINE
BUTTERFLY SIT UP
TUCK TO SIDE EXTEND
TUCK TO V SIT
STRAIGHT LEG HOVER TO EXTEND

A great add on or finisher post any workout and even for those active rest days when combined with some stretching!

I'm sure we will all feel this about burn throughout the day.

wow, this felt like a pilates ab session without the reformer! There's definitely a whole isometric element of having to engage the abs as you balance through each of the sets. Only 10 min, but crazy intense!!!❤🔥🙏🌺 Caroline knocks it out of the park as usual

“That smiles gonna be the death of me” as Caroline song did full throttle full body, it is hard, worked with 8kg and 6kg fo fliers and those bloody makers, kudos again to anyone who matched Caroline, or even did 8k throughout! Wow, Caroline gained 3k subs in the two hours I've been up. I'm sure she'll reach a million by the time Epic Heat is through!!
I'm really excited to do Heat with the community, I'll save EPIC II for when the weather isn't as nice, as Caroline suggested. I'll be spending more time on my bike and perhaps attempting the 20 minute sprint 'challenge'... I'll never learn to run if I don't try!

Happy Friday All!
Well, we made through the pre-EPIC HEAT weeks and are ready for April 5! I enjoyed today’s 10-minute abs, and swear Caroline was exercising to the beat 😉. So I did too. Rest up this weekend so we can smash it on Monday. Thanks always to Caroline and enjoy your Easter everyone!
