These were good reminders of what can help make you a better person. At 78 and I've seen a lot of change. Sometimes I feel like I've experienced everything.

This is the first year that I can afford enjoying things in life. I remember the past 8 years, I was so broke I couldn't even afford a meal. I had to realize that at that point that no one was going to walk me through things in life and I had to do this on my own and figure out everything alone. I now live in the nordic woods of Sweden and post about self improvement after surviving a great ordeal in life, from the Boston bombing attack to being homeless, depressed struggling with an anxiety disorder and other mental disorders before I studied my pain and got certified in therapy. I used it to heal and run my own business and also move out of Miami where I worked in a corner store overnight in one of the most dangerous hoods in Miami. I am so grateful I got out, because I knew the other route, and it was not going to end well. Now I have a YouTube channel that I am using to help others improve in life and I hope I get to help at least one person reading this 🙏🏽💜

Great points, especially the point about being bored. Constantly taking in information or being stimulated keeps us in consumption mode and not in a creative mode. We need that balance of consume and create (or give). Getting rid of distractions allows us to learn a lot about ourselves! thanks for sharing these.

To vouch for a very small point Clark made, jumping on a trampoline is damn good cardio. It really does made your heart rate go way up. And also your breathing increases, you get very thirsty, and your body goes get hotter. And it’s super fun!! So if you have a trampoline in your backyard or go to a trampoline park (with are awesome), 10 minutes and a big bottle of water will work wonders 👍😊

Thank you Clark. You are the best. The way you explain those things so simply is motivating, even though actually doing it is not always easy. I overall have good habits, yoga, time alone, dancing, feeling what my body wants, breathing, mindfull with my thoughts. But lately i've been feeling stuck. And your simple and effective delivery just save me these times.
