That’s so true about working out in the morning. I used to workout at night and eating how I was eating at night just made me gain a lot of weight. Organize the clock properly is the key for success in whatever you do. The book The Cicardian code is helping me a lot to organize my day and I can see the difference in my studies, gym and even in my relationship.

I LOVE my morning workout time. I look forward to it all day long. When I leave the gym I wash the sweat off my face then meditate when i get home

the hydration part is so hyped right now, and im here to explain why you shouldn't drink "often. a lot".

so, i have been drinking a lot of water for a few years, and im talking A LOT, 5-6 letters a day minimum. i needed to go to the bathroom literally every 20 minutes and i couldn't even wait until the end of class. i struggled with looking swollen, the bags under my eyes worsened and no, i wasn't losing any weight. maybe it was detoxicating me, maybe i was a bit healthier, but it certainly didn't do anything magical to me. and now i have stopped drinking water as much, i take little sips in the second half of the day and my eyes already have brightened and face became slimmer.

so my advice: don't drink water a lot, but drink it often. in the first half of the day make sure to drink your daily norm of water (usually your weight/0.03) and in the second half of the day drink with little sips when you're thirsty. DO NOT drink much before sleep, it will make you swollen
