for everyone who is too busy for most of these things, try just implementing one or two like lemon and ginger water, or having fruit for or with breakfast. its very fast to include some fruit with your breakfast or fry an egg to put on your toast, and good for you too.

About vitamins: only take them if you need them. Get yourself some blood work done to see if you need them. My aunt took calcium pills when she didn't have to and almost became paralyzed because of the amount of calcium in her which was dangerously high.

Every morning and evening I do a 5 minute workout, to exercise myself, and I eat healthier. After doing this for 2 days I feel healthier, soon I think I will also look healthier.

Healthy life dont happens in one night...can take more than one year...it has to have flexibility when life changes...things what fit for you and you want to follow...start planning one change in time 1) exercise, activity 2) food/ drink ( water, vitamins)3) sleep, rest, relax 4) selfcare, selflike thinking and doings...my health journey has last 3-4 years...life changes but wanna learn to not stress and beat up myself but do my best in any circumsrtances and learn to chill...continue after motivation goes down

I honestly am struggling to implement such habits...it's so hard considering i barely wake up at 7 to work at 8...the only advantage is that i've started working from home, but it's still a struggle when i can barely open my eyes in the morning, and i sleep at least 6-7 hours
