15 minutes! FULL BODY! No breaks! HIIT CARDIO FAT BURNING! ULTIMATE WORKOUT! Make sure you're hydrated and ready for rounds of heat when you attempt this one! Get ready to sweat quick fast and in a hurry!

This workout will consist of 5 rounds of 3 minute intervals. You will have a full body HIIT. (90 SECS + 60 SECS + 30 SECS) X 5 LETS GOOOOO!

One of your most most challenging workouts that I've ever tried but it was worth it. Had to take some tiny breaks to get through to the end though. I'm sure I'll get better with tkme and repetitions!

Haven’t even started yet & I can tell this is gonna be tough, no pain no gain tho. I just finished a weight workout & this is gonna be my cardio after, it’s my birthday & most people would be celebrating or chilling but this is my commitment to myself. Thanks for all the help Bully!

As part of 21 day summer programm, this was a no go for me. Due to previous day workout my muscles were still sore. When I started this I collapsed, cause my arm muscles just didn't listen to me. Could only continue from 7th minute countdown mark. This one is the most difficult cardio atm. I guess I might do this completely on my 2nd lap of 21 day program.
