Man I'm sure I've said it before, but thank you so much for these cardio workouts!! I've been following you for about 2 years now and they have changed my life. I started 6 months before my wedding and have been keeping up with them ever since. I love all of the different movements, the music, the backgrounds (like the one where you're by a highway) and of course, the positivity you put out. On top of being motivating for fitness, you are also a great role model for a young man like myself on being an awesome husband and father. 2 years later, and my wife is 9 months pregnant about to have our first baby any day now, and I hope to be an awesome role model for them to! Keep up the excellent work man, and I wish you and your family the best!

Thanks for this workout Bully. I hope I will lose some fat before summer. Im doing these HIIT workouts every other day and I think Im eating properly. Ever since I got plan from Next Level Diet Im losing on weight and mostly fat as I can see.

I’ve traveled with the Juice from the high-top fade in the garage to outdoor dad & virtual trainer. Pretty dope to see our growth. Dude came at a perfect time when I was looking for home workouts. Don’t knock those beginner 5 minute workouts, they really help to better understand some of the mechanics of the pushups we are doing in these more advanced workouts.

Day 26 of the 30 day challenge and thank you so much. My arms are looking great, my shoulders have grown, my chest is in a better shape and my fat is starting to go down. Gonna finish the 30 days and start the other one.
