Iam just 14 years. I used to be very weak and fat at last year . I have tried other workouts. Iam exercising since 1 year . I got a lot of change in my body. Now I have a strong chest arms abs shoulder. Very good workouts

I did about 8 mins of this workouts on Saturday. Its Monday now and i cant feel my hands and cant even get up after sitting down bcz of how sore my stomach is. Gonna try doing this again today wish me luck 💪

For anyone struggling to do the whole exercise, try breaking it up into 5min workouts with a 1-2 minute water break in between. A few of the routines I switched out with jumping jacks or high knees. I can now do this 2x times thru without stopping at all! Thanks BullyJuice!
