In this video, I’m going to take you all with me for a EXTREMELY bumpy ride! Buckle up! This is a 15 min follow a long workout you can complete with me within the comfort of your own home. This workout routine will shock your body & make you sweat more than ever! Get that metabolism going folks!

EXTREME HIIT cardio is always my preference when trying to lose weight(fat) and conserve as much muscle as possible. You don't necessarily have to ever step foot into a gym. However, to be effective in accomplishing your weight goals, you can use this perfect home workout paired with a few of the other follow along workouts on the bullyjuice channel to get you where you want to be!

This perfect home workout will not only be me showing you these EXTREME exercises, but I will also be working out with you as your virtual personal trainer! I will push you to finish! Do not give up on me!

This workout for home is going to allow you to hit your total body in only 15 minutes! You don't need an excessively long workout and potential for doing too much without any particular guidelines. This selection of exercises based on movement patterns that you can hit any and everywhere.

COMPLETE this 15 min workout for (TOTAL WORKOUT TIME: 15 MINUTES)

THIS FOLLOW ALONG WORKOUT WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING EXERCISES: high knees, plank skiers, Steam engine squats, squats, burpees, rest breaks, imaginary jump ropes, mountain climbers for that core and heart rate, and a few more! Lets get that work!

Just subscribed. I'm 6'4 and weigh 300 pounds. I also suffer from gynecomastia. Wanted to have the surgery, but this just motivated me to work out to obtain my goals. I was doing wonderful, was down to 210 went through a bad breakup and gained all this weight. I'm going to commit to doing this everyday. Pray for me as I start my journey. Thanks Bully Juice!

Day 45 of the 45 Day Challenge.. I’ve gotten at 6:30am everyday for the last 45 days, I’m so proud of myself that I completed this 45 day and early in the morning when I hate getting up early with a passion.. My results I lost 30 pounds starting the 30 day challenge got to keep this routine going

My new favorite workout🤩 in the past 2 years I’ve lost almost 20 kg, still not satisfied with how I look and need more work but you know what! Currently clinically obese at 280~. Gonna start doing this paired with another 7 minute workout and weights every day. I am gonna try to start a meal plan try to keep y’all updated.
