so i’m starting this workout today, I will do it every other day as Lilly said it

I measured my waist, it’s currently 68cm
My weigh is 61kg

Day 1:✔️ it was a little hard for me because I didn’t worked out for like months
Day 2: so it’s rest day, I didn’t really do anything today
Day 3:✔️ it was better todaay! I really enjoyed the workout
Day 4: rest day✨
Day 5: ✔️ definitely felt the burn
Day 6: rest dayy
Day 7: ✔️ almost skipped today because i’m really tired, but I did it🔥
Day 8: rest day😛
Day 9: ✔️ it’s getting easier!
Day 10: restttt
Day 11: ✔️ guys my stomach is getting smaller! And I can see change in my waist too!!

Day 13: ✔️done

Day 15: ✔️I can easily do the workout now, but I still feel the burn 🔥

SOOO GUYS
I’m halfway through, and the results are already awesome
My waist is 66, 5 cm
My weigh is 60.2 kg
Not so much, but I definitely can see the change! My stomach is much more flatter and toned! Absolutely in love with this workout, THANK YOU

Guuuuys i’m so sorry, there were a lot of things going on lately
I finished the workout tho
My waist is currently 66cm
AND I’M 58 kg!! (My goal is 55kg)

day 3: done :) i love this work out video sm bc i feel like it works my whole entire stomach not just the bottom or top!! im feeling super good so far!
day 4: doneee!! this was the hardest day fs, i had no problem this morning but tonight was just so much for intense and burning, sadly i haven't been eating the best lately. :)
day 5: i missed a few days due to mental health so im not gonna put up my weight, anyways ill try and do all the days for next week!!
