i’ve been doing this workout for almost 3 months (3 times a week), in combination with a few other workouts that i want and with a balanced diet (nothing extreme, i try to eat healthy but i still eat fast food and sweets when i feel like it) and my abs are really toned! i started seeing results probably a month into the workout but now they’re more defined. I know these kind of comments inspire people to try the workouts so pls do this one because it you can do it ❤️

Day1: was obviously feeling the burn and i really hope that its worth it frr and that i remember.

This workout was like a wake up call to how unfit I am. I used to be able to do these kinds of workout easily back then, but I lost my grind, and now I'm getting back to it. Wishing 2023 to be a better and healthier year!

been doing emi's workout programs for nearly 9 months now, continuously! i get 6 days of working out at least 55-1hr each day, and 1 day of rest. for those who want to start now, it gets easier, i promise! once your body gets used to it. we will be our dream body soon!

Day 3 ✅ was feeling lazy today but pushed myself! Keep going 💪
Day 4 ✅ it is becoming easy for me trying my best.

Starting this 2 week challenge today! (2/1/23)
Day 1: Both workouts of the day done✅
What a burner!!! After the walking cardio it felt like I will pass out but the feeling once its done is unmatchable. Thanks for the awesome workout Emi❤
Day 2: Just got done doing the first ab workout video mentioned in the schedule and woah my abs were dead by the end of the second set but I pushed through the whole workout coz as Emi says no pain no gain! Thanks for this amazing workout Emi❤ Now gonna go and do the standing abs video as per the schedule!
Day 2 done✅
Day 3: I'm just starting my fitness journey this year and my legs were so sore that it hurts really badly while sitting or moving my legs and it's even worse while walking. So I took an active rest day today coz I felt that my body needed it and I wanna go on my own pace otherwise it makes me hate working out and I fall out of the routine. I took a break today but I was active throughout the day and my total step count was 7k+

Started on Jan 2nd, 2023
I’m 16 and my goal is to have abs; I already have a flat stomach but I’m trying to get it more toned. Hope this challenge shows me some results soon!

Day 1: ✅ the exercises went by so fast and I was surprised to finish with so much energy instead of being exhausted!
Day 2: ✅ a little harder in some exercises but fighting through
Day 3: ✅ didn’t stop at any point throughout the video today <3
Day 4: ✅ didn’t have much motivation today so I was a little out of breath at the end
Day 5: ✅ done! with even more effort today
Day 6: ✅ getting easier in some exercises
Day 7: ✅ one week in! I can start to see some definition on my stomach but then again can’t expect fast results at only 1 week <3
