Day 1 done. Lower abdomen (love handles) 37in, natural waist 33in. I’m weight training M-F and decided to add something for my love handles. So, I plan to do this 5 days per week also. I’ll update next Wednesday.

3/8/23 I did the new 40 standing abs workout and LOVED IT 😍!
3/9/23 40 minutes ✅

Results: Lower abdomen (love handles) 36.5in, natural waist 32.5in. As I said, I do weight training prior to doing these workouts. I’ll continue to do these workouts. I’ll mix them up going forward.

I used to do this when i was younger, then in college. At 66, I did today and will certainly keep it going for the next few weeks.

This was so much fun.. No nonsense.. No gasping for air.. Easy yet effective workout. I think this is the first abs workout that does not cause back pain for me. Love this ❤❤ One suggestion though.. I have noticed that you have timer sounds set up in few of your other workout videos.. That sound is missing here so when we are bending it is kinda difficult to keep track of the timer 😅😊

I'm 64 and I did it I walk every day and dance twice a week but have a bit of a belly but hard to get something other than sit ups or jumping so thank you
