After 25 years as a roofer my hips and hamstrings are always in pain with limited mobility. Your videos are helping a lot.

I get a shooting pain in my outer ankle when raising my leg as per this video. Do you know if this will pass in time? Siatic nerve possibly?

Funny thing is my physiotherapist told me exact this Exercises with small changes like second one u but both legs in 90° and make these 10 repetions, first one is 1 by 1 the same xD
