having pain "inside" the right hip for a couple of weeks - the right heel on left knee isolates that pain. When jogging last week, the hip def felt much better after 30 min, so I'm thinking muscles more than bone/joint? Simply holding and pressing a bit with the ankle on knee should stretch it?

My pain mostly comes at the end of the day and then I am tossing and turning trying to get comfortable sleeping at night, I guess it’s time to see a doctor about it

Tried this excercise and it shows that my right leg is not as flexible as the left one. It definately is a hip-joint problem but what should i do. I started avoiding going to gym or doing activities cuz of it

I cannot put my life into risk with too much of hip activities which can add more pressure and further damage my spine or disc. NO MORE EXERTION.
