I like the raw/real moments with your kids because it reminds me that I can still workout when my kids are running around. Omg I love this! I can't believe you have done this amazing program and women still complain cause your beautiful children are in the video!! These work outs are real and in real settings THAT INCLUDE children for pretty much every mother or parent out there. Keep doing what you're doing, love this and forget those complainers

I’m 33 weeks pregnant with my second and have been struggling soooo badly with lower back pain. Any little bit of bending down or picking things up will have me practically bedridden for the rest of the night. I just did this stretch before bed and feel immediate relief in my back. 🙏🏻 Hoping this will help me sleep better tonight, but the instant relief after i finished the stretches makes me so happy! Thank you!

This was THE BEST stretch routine I have found yet! 3rd trimester has me super tight and I got so many kinks and pops out within the first 5 mins, even more than I get out when doing prenatal yoga. Thank you for being real with your kids while filming the workout routine, they seem respectful to what you have to get done. No one appreciates fakeness, your genuineness will keep me coming back xoxo

Thank you so much. 🥰🥰🥰🥰I have done this exercise during my 3rd trimester (not everyday but, I tried to find time to do so) and my mucus plug started to come out at 9PM when I was 39w2d pregnant. I got a strong contraction on the next day without water break which I am very grateful about. The contraction started at 3AM and it got faster at 7:00 AM and was fully dilated at 8:00AM. The Dr. broke my water at 9:45AM and I started pushing at 9:48AM. With a relief, my baby boy was born safely at 9:58 AM. 🥰🥰🥰

already commented on this during my third pregnancy and feel the need to do it again at 38 weeks pregnant with my fourth! love this routine and Ashley's intentionality.
