Hi Jessica. Thanks for putting out this useful content. I’m 4 days postpartum, I started these exercises at twenty weeks, they worked well for me - had a normal and unmedicated labor-no tears and no episiotomy. Now ready to get back in shape 😊

I did every exercise everyday and had a c section. I want mammas to know it’s okay ! It works for some it doesn’t for others… that shouldn’t stop you from being active.
Labor doesn’t go as you plan, so don’t have any expectations be prepared for Anything ! So you won’t be disappointed

I’ve followed these videos for months now and finally it’s my final week before scheduled due date. I feel a lot more prepared and empowered than I was before. I was down 6 weeks with covid during my 6th month which made me loose all my muscles and strength which I now feel I have regained bit by bit by doing these videos. I’m not scared, I’m excited and very ready!

I followed this workout continuously from week 37 and it helped me a lot to keep fit and dilate faster once the contractions started. I didn't loose my cool by following the breathing exercises as well. On 26th of this March I delivered a baby boy naturally with out medication. Thank you so much.

YOGI BREATH coaching at 14:49 min. BEST thing I ever learned. The way SHE teaches it is really effective and this made the first 10 hours of my 13 hour labor a breeze. Seriously could do it every day using the breathing technique she teaches here. THANK YOU Jessica.💕💕

Note: you will need to speed up your breathing and sometimes just survive in certain parts of labor. There’s no wrong way to breathe in labor! Just KEEP breathing. 🫶🏻
