Amazing workout
Day 2
Day 3
Day 4 (already feeling my abs are getting tighter, although I didn't change my food or life style)
Day 5 side planks are getting easier now
Day 6, I took off
Day 7 back to workout again ( I am already seeing the difference)
Day 8
Day 9 I can see a huge difference
Day 10
Day 11
I took 2 days off
Day 12 back to work
Day 13 tomorrow I will give feedback
Day 14 Done YAY
My tummy is nice, tight and slimmer
These exercises made a huge difference..

Day1: Omg that burn was insane it was so much harder than the other home workouts I do 😭

Day2: the burn was rlly amazing . I’m happy that I was able to do the workout without dropping a lot😂

Day3: I’m really happy I made it this far tbh😂 the side planks are getting easier for me!

Day4: It is becoming so much easier and im starting to see results!

Day5: feels so good

Rebecca, I remember first following your ab workout videos when I was 13. I’m almost 21 now and your ab workouts are still the only ones I follow and watch!
Day 1: DONE! Even more intense after cardio and legs
Day 2: Although I am sore and have work today… I did it!! 🎉
Day 3: still sore but feeling good!
Day 4: I have improved a lot. Doing these exercises have gotten easier!
Day 5: 🎉
Day 6: 1:11am Finish!!!
Day 7: ✨✨✨
Day 8: 2:47am. Felt great!
-Day 9: I didn’t have time to workout ☹️
Day 10: I had time and I did great! 😁
Day 11: so far so good 🎉
Day 12: The long-legged bicycles use to be impossible. Not anymore!!! 🎉
Day 13: pretty good day
Day 14: Busy day but I did it!
-Day 15: Didn’t do the workout ☹️
Day 16: 16 because I missed two days. But today is my last day
Results: I am a pretty heavy girl so I need to lose more stomach fat before I see any abs. However, This workout has gotten 100 times easier since I started and I feel stronger! I feel I am not ready to move on to something more intense so i will continue doing this until I perfect it! 😊

Day 2! Thank you for your workouts Rebecca! I’ve been doing them for over 5 years, tomorrow is my birthday and I’m feeling strong and fit!! Love the energy you pour into your videos! Definitely helps give me the motivation to keep going and to get stronger!💪

Day 1 - I am post-partumn, pumped and committed to 14 days. See me tomorrow!

Day 2 - I showed up because I committed & commented yesterday. Very very sore but powered through! Can’t wait to see how I feel day 14 doing this. I am most definitely weak!

Day 3 - (Technically Day 4, because I didn’t yesterday so I am doing double to make up for it) Shocked by how my planks went. I feel much stronger, even after a big run! Got to do another 10 minutes though. Will circle back lol

Day 4 - did right after day 3…I’m proud I pushed myself. Motivated for tomorrow!

Day 5 - A bit shocked by the amount of breaks I took. You could count it all on one hand. Shoes on. Slow and steady. Excited for tomorrow and motivated by feeling stronger today!

Day 3 done 🎉 had to skip yesterday because my son wanted to play day but thankful that you encourage us to just jump back in.
