IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.

Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

Hey, this is to anyone who's new to workouts. This program was the first one I did, about seven months ago. I used to struggle a lot with this one, making long breaks after what felt like every exercise. I was never good at sports, did actually nothing at all for literally years and thought it just wasn't for me. This program was nearly impossible to me. Now I'm on my sixth program. I couldn't have imagined that my abs would look that defined one day and that workouts like this one could ever get easier to me, but now they are. I also got very flexible. And I took multiple rest weeks in between and a lot of additional rest days during programs. What I want to say is, that you can do it as well. You don't have to be anything yet to get to your dream body or fitness. Just give your best and if that's not much right now, it's ok. I know it's not that easy to believe at first, but you will get better. Every effort is worth it and starting is the most difficult part. You got this!

Ayeo it’s me again, still haven’t given up! I weigh 135lbs now, I finally reached my goal as few months ago and now I’m maintaining :) NEVER GIVE UP!! KEEP GOING!!

The year is 2023. You sip on your cup of coffee, scrolling through your camera roll and you come across a photo of yourself you took 2 years ago. You are sweaty and smiling in that photo, having just finished Chloe’s workouts for the day.
You smile. Your body has changed - you feel fitter, more healthier, your mindset is much more positive than before. You feel like you can tackle any challenges coming your way. In fact, you’ve completed at least 5 of Chloe’s programmes and you never thought you’d come so far.

On day 10 and I can do the full workout without having to go long periods of time with resting like I used too. I am so proud of myself!

i’m here 2023 going into 2024, im only 14 but thank you so much for this workout, i was 147 pounds and now i’m 118 pounds. by following this workout and doing it every day and watching what I eat this has really changed the way I see myself and my body. Remember to never give up and eat how you want your body to look .

Решила пройти марафон: "2019 2 weeks shred challenge"
Параметры до:
талия: 66 см
попа: 88 см
бедро: 51 см
Вес: 52.5 кг при росте 160 см

Делюсь результатами после:
талия: 62 см(минус 4 см)
попа: 89 см(+1 см)
бедро: 48 см ( - 3 см)
Вес стал 50 кг.

Питание не меняла.
Хочу сказать, что в первые дни мне было очень сложно, с меня стекали реки пота, руки и ноги дрожали при выполнении упражнений, а пресс просто горел. Также я делала длительные перерывы между тренировками, чтобы восстановиться.

Первый прогресс я ощутила где-то на шестой день челленджа, потому что при выполнении тренировок я перестала издавать звуки умирающего тюленя.

Сейчас эти тренировки мне перестали казаться супер сложными...сейчас они просто - сложные.

Мне стало намного больше нравиться мое тело. На животе проявились вертикальные линии пресса, ноги стали намного стройнее, а попа подкаченнее. Моя сестра, когда потрогала мой напряжённый живот, подумала, что я съела кирпич.

В общем, девчонки, это того стоит. Желаю всем проявить силу воли и выжить после марафона Хлои Тинг

P.S.: всё, что нас не убивает, делает нас сильнее.
