Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

for y’all ladies doing this everyday as a “routine”; pls REMEMBER EVERY MUSCLE GROW WHILE RESTING, so if u do this everyday u are making ur abs weaker and progressively hurting them. What u have to do is follow a routine that leaves 1 day in between so ur abs can rest and get noticeable faster.
Example: day 1 abs - day 2 booty or cardio (example) - day 3 abs - day 4 cardio (example) n like that progressively.
Pls don’t do it everyday 💔

Ok my natural waist is now 25 (I have bigger hips) and the littlest part of my waist is 22.5!!! Also my abs are like way more defined I have those 11 line abs now. I did do a small caloric defecit but nothing too crazy- so that helped a lot!

day 1: done. abs were on FIRE
day 2: done. slightly easier but still burns 🔥🔥
day 3: done. feel slightly stronger, though the burn is still there!:)
day 4: done. burn isn’t as bad!!
day 5: done. same as day 4:”)

I've only been doing one of Lilly's ab workouts for less than a month and my waist came down from 27" to 26". 😊 and now it's on the process slimming down to 25", which is nearly possible. Thank youuuu for being one of the greatest fitness youtubers. You are amazing! Salute!

My 1st day : my stomach was burning 😣
2nd day : burns were less than yesterday
3rd day : going good. Hope to keep it up 😁
4th day : took rest 😴
5th day : did and still feeling the burns
6th day: i am loving the exercise ❤️
7th day : no matter how much day it goes.. 😂 My neck hurts
8th day : there is change in my stomach fat ❤️
I had my exam so skipped for 3 days. Continuing again
Day 9: it hurts 😣
Day 10: feeling difference in my stomach 🎉exercises are amazing
Day 11: enjoying the exercises. ♥️
Day 12: day is incomplete without this
Day 13: feeling awesome. Getting less fatty
Day -14: i can feel the change in my stomach. Lost one inch ❤️

I’m pretty sick of this routine so this is my last day. Overall I am
Very happy with the results. I ate REALLY unhealthily these past weeks and my stomach is still flatter, it’s the closest I’ve had to visible abs and my waist is more snatched. The best feeling is after week one when I felt less fat and skin while doing crunches. Also this was the only thing I did, which helped me not obsess over my weight and body. Feel free to ask any questions

Doing this everyday, Like to remind me
Day 1:👍 Was pretty hard b/c I hadn't worked out for months
Day 2:👍 Abs are on 🔥😫
Day 3:👎 I couldnt do it today because I was realy sore from shoveling after the snow 😔💀
Day 4:👍 Did it twice today, the burn is real 😎💪
Day 5:❌ I got my period so I don't think I will finish doing it, but I definitely recommend this workout.

Updating everyday as a fifteen year old:
1) *looks in the mirror feeling completely shit. Decides to do this...* i feeling the burn, but that's how i know it's working.
2) *looks in the mirror. it may work* I still feel the burn.
3) *I feel like it is working.*
