if you’re seeing this pleaseee don’t give up, I’ve done this a total of 4 times. I did it twice one day and the other 2 days just once, went from 30 inch waist to 29 inch, (goal is 25) and my love handles have definitely went downnn and my stomach has less fat and in the mornings it’s much more toned, TRUST THIS WORKOUT it’s heaven sent im literally obsessed. Can’t wait to see the 2 week results 😍

I did this for 14 days. So much of difference and now only a little bit is there. Now I started her latest muffin top workout to burn the remaining. Let's see. If any body is watching I will definitely recommend this

I literally have been doing this for a month now with your flat belly and snatched waist and I swear my love handles are completely gone! I can finally wear crop tops with leggings without my love handles making it look like i have hip dips. I love you so much Lily you changed my life! I wanna continue to do your ab workout since summer is on the way and I wanna look snatched in that bikini lol! 👌❤️❤️❤️❤️

I Highly recommend this workout to everyone! I have always struggled to remove fat from this area and after a week of doing this 1x a day, my waist got smaller by 3cm. I did switch to a healthy diet, but the results are amazing.
After 14days I switched to the muffin top workout and that really shrunk my love handles and defined my abs even more.
From 77cm it got down to 72cm in like 3 weeks. Keep going, you can do it too!

So I haven’t had any motivation for the past few weeks so I stopped working out but I’m starting up again.
Day 1: a few breaks but it was fine. Definitely burned
Day 2: my core for sure hurt but I’m already seeing a slight difference. Definitely sweating more than the first time. Only had 1 quick break

I'm gonna try this for a week.
Day 1: Done

Results: I lost 3 in / 7 cm off of my belly and lost 5 lbs. I wasn't expecting much but I'm surprised. I just did this exercise, intermittent fasting, and no sweets. I walked sometimes too.

Doing this workout for 17 Days!
Height: 5'4
55.3 kgs

Day one: Did it twice, spaced out. Defo felt the burn, but was easy enough

Day two: Woke up early to do it. Was really tired and sore from working out the previous day, so took more breaks

Day three: Felt super motivated. Got through it easily and really felt the burn. Felt skinnier!

Day four: Complete again! Did it in the morning. Was a great kickstarter to my day although I was hungry. I recommend eating before you workout!

It's day 11 and I'm looking incredible! I didn't exercise yesterday because I looked so good, my husband didn't keep his hands off me! Once the 14 days are over, I'm not stopping until I majorly change my body for the better. Thank you, Lily!!!!

Remember that everyone's body type is different. What works for some people may not work for others. Our bodies take their own time on their own schedule.

update! so i've lost most of the fat i had! i'm not skinny skinny but i dont have a lot of fat any more! i'm gonna keep doing this every day to make sure it stays that way! thx for the vid Lilly it really helped!

Doing this for 14 days!
Day 1: Done ✅ Omg, I don’t think I have ever felt this much burn before in my life
Day 2: Done ✅ My whole body hurts but I did it!
Day 3: Done ✅
Day 4: Done ✅ I see some results already!
Day 5: ✅
Day 6:❌ I was at a sleepover
Day 7:❌ Still at the sleep over (I’ll make up for these 2 days in the end)
Day 8: Done ✅ GUYS I SEE RESULTS ALREADY!!!
Day 9: Done ✅ This is such a hard exercise but it’s worth it
Day 10: Done ✅ I built up the courage to do it in front of my whole family
Day 11: Done ✅ The results are insane!
Day 12: ❌ I was out with my family
Day 13: Done ✅ I see more results in my lower stomach than my love handles
Day 14: ❌ I didn’t feel like doing it today, but I’ll make up for these 4 days tomorrow

Day #5 done!! I definitely find my midsection stronger. I did the entire 45 seconds of the plank when I could only do 30 seconds (while cussing like a sailor) before. Proud of myself for sticking with it!
