Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)

doing this for 14 days! i will update every day. i have quit a bit of fat
day 1: immediately felt the burn. great workout especially since it’s only a few minutes.
day 2: absolutely killer. felt somewhat easier
day 3: i forgot but i did some other ab workouts
day 4: did it twice today to make up for yesterday! felt easier but burned a bit
day 5: went quick!
day 6: seeing’s difference
(keep in mind i’m doing a couple of her other workouts daily!!)
day 7: sore from other workouts but did it 👍
- forgot for a few days but i’m gonna try to keep going
day 8: did it twice 💪
day 9: did it twice again, in morning and before bed
day 10: sore from lacrosse practice so i skipped :(
day 11: did it twice 👍
- i’m starting to see some differences from this and other workouts!!!-

-I forgot to update for a while but i finished this along with a few other of her workouts and i see quite a difference! i still have quit a bit of fat but i know it’s gonna take longer than two weeks to get rid of it-

Day 1:✅really felt the burn really proud of myself, did it at night
Day 2: ✅I’m doing this in the mourning even I don’t think I’ve ever worked out before school
Day 3:✅ done! I made the smart decision of doing it before my friend came over so I wouldn’t skip made smoothie
Day 4: ✅doing this a 9:30 on a Sunday morning low key proud of myself probably going to make a smoothie if I have time because I’m going out
Day 5: ✅ WHOOO HOOOO! 5 days in!! Super proud of myself. This is the longest I’ve ever made in a workout challenge
Day 6:✅ DID It! I was very unmotivated. I’m doing this at 9:30. I had gym today horseback riding and youth💗
Day 7! ✅ HALFWAY THRU!! I’m so proud of myself. I didn’t eat very healthy today so the next week I’m going to try to work on my diet. The workout is getting easier and easier now🎉🎉
Day 8:✅ WHOHOOO! did this at ten o’clock got dental sugeryb so I got a smoothie from a smoothie place also LANDED MY FRONT HANDSPRING ON THE GROUND! tmr is badminton try outs wish me luck🎉🎉
Day 9:✅ YAY!🎉 I did this at 11:30 at night I really worked hard on form! I went on the trampoline a lot today and was active. I’m proud for not just quitting. I was wacthing utube and stopped to do this challenge.
Day:10✅ did in morning💗💗
Day 11: ✅ not seeing results but I know why I haven’t been eating good… two days left!!
Day 12:✅ doing this at nine pm! I have two day left!! Felt super un motivated but made it thru
Day 13:✅ ONE DAY LEFT!! Honestly i was kinda tired but I did it anyways. After a while it becomes part of ur routine. I going to start at different challenge after this one
Day:14✅ IM SO PROUD OF MYSELF!!🥰🥰🎉🎉😭😭 I was so tired and about to go to bed but I have become so use to this! I’m technically doing this one day more because I messed up!! BUT I SEE RESULTS!! My stomach has been looking different all the days but today is looks really slim!!! Since i completed this challenge I’m so confident I can do more. i’m going to try to do this for 14 days :)
i came from lilly’s other ab workouts and this was such a sweet one !!!
day one: done ! felt my core burning hahah
day two: v sweet burn! haven’t been doing this for a while because i was so busy, but i’m getting back to it:) felt more of a burn than i did during my first attempt
day three : done! was quite a tiring workout, loved the burn and i feel my muscles working. :)
day four: so much better than yesterday! i think i’ve gotten used to this workout’s burn:)
day five: so close to one week! this was such a good burn, thank you sm lilly:)
day six: did this as soon as i woke up and the burn was so good !
day seven: one i definitely have seen results(slimmer stomach) and can feel my abs now, however they still aren’t that visible:, )
day eight: so gooodd!!! i feel so tired still omg
day nine: done! happy about my progress so far:)
day ten: four more days left!! this has gotten progressively easier :)
day eleven: so tiring!!! didn’t really get enough sleep yesterday so 😩😩😩
day twelve: i’m on my period today, so this was tough! not letting myself take any more days off so i’m proud of myself for sticking through this today as well:)
day thirteen: wooo!!! done:) was quite tiring but so much better(and i feel much better now too!)
day fourteen: wow!!!! cant believe i’ve actually completed 14 days of this workout:) i’ve definitely seen changes and my stomach is overall flatter!!!! besides from that, i can feel abs forming.

Day 1- ✅ I finished this workout! It’s really burned but I pushed thru. I want to work on my form and resistance! I’m going to do a 5mile bike ride on my peloton and try to eat healthy today

It was at the onset of the pandemic that I discovered Lilli’s video and they’ve been a game changer. I hit one of life’s rough patches and stopped working out for 6-8 months and the weight came on hard. I started walking daily, cleaned up my nutrition habits, increased my water intake, and slowly got back into Lilli’s videos. I’m on my third cycle (2 week) and fit back into my jeans from a year ago. I had been doing all of the above preparatory fitness/health activities but based on previous results from incorporating Lilli, I knew the real results would come when I added these daily workouts back into my routine. After the results from the past 4 weeks, my mirror won’t let me stop doing these as my ab lines are slightly visible. Thank you Lilli!!!!
