I advanced at working out but i wanted to try this workout to make my 6 pack more visible soo im going to do this for 14 days :)
Day 1: Done✅ My ab was on fire🥵
Day 2: Done✅ same
Day 3:Done✅ It was easier then yesterday :)
Day 4:Done✅ I can see a lil diffrence in my ab😨

I don't think anyone will actually read this, but I've been doing this workout and the waist fat burn workout everyday without a rest for almost a month now (before that I was doing lower belly fat burn for about 2 months without rest days) and i've seen a lot more tone in my overall body shape, I would highly recommend pairing her videos and also adding a daily walk/ bike ride and a calorie deficit to see results much more quickly and significantly, you've got this!

I paired this with Lilly’s “7 min flat stomach workout” and her “snatched waist five minute workout”
(I have been doing these for nearly a month!)

During my first week I was noticing slight changes. Of course everybody’s body is different so results will be different to others! At the end of week 1 I did notice de- bloating and not getting as bloated as usual! Week 2 burned ALOT and I was getting used to working out everyday and swearing a lot! Week 2 -4 really debloated and
helped with getting my waist small!

Week 5 started the shaping! My waist has now lost 2.5 inches! And can now announce that I have got A FLAT STOMACHHHH WOOO! Overall Lilly’s workouts are GAME CHANGING.

YOU GUYS!! don't sleep on Lilly Sabri! I've been doing her ab workouts for almost 3 months now and I've seen and felt incredible results. This workout is super fast paced and fun, and I don't dread doing it. I've been doing this workout alongside elliptical and other workouts for only a week and I'm seeing results. Lily Sabri is giving me my fitness goals!

other things I do (that work for me personally)
drink less juice and soda (I'm on day 3 with drinking nothing but water and I'm WAY less bloated)
use Nutri coach (free calorie tracking app)
fun cardio workouts (like dance cardio)

I started out only working out 4 days a week, and lemme tell you, your girl was struggling. but now (2-3 months later) I try to workout almost every day (while listening to my body) and I look forward to it!!!! don't give up you got this!! YOU SERIOUSLY DO! (especially if you do Lily Sabri workouts!)

Day 1: I took 2 little breaks during the end
Day 2: it was better then yesterday but I was a little sore
Day 3: I did it without any breaks I’m so happy. And i can also see some change.
