Your videos have helped my sciatica immensely! I also have arthritis in my lower back on the right side. I've been to countless doctors who have given me steroids. They help for a week and then my back is in major pain again. Thank you and God bless!!!

I did another flossing exercise, but yes in about 2 weeks ALL my wrist problems went away....do it! It is easy, and it works@! Thanks you guys!

Can the flossing be useful for pudendal nerve irritation/entrapment? I have been given the flossing exercise for what is suspected to be a pudendal nerve problem (I have genital numbness). MRIs are all negative. Bladder and bowel movements are fine. Thanks.
