This morning workout is the perfect way to get your body moving. It's not to intense so you can wake up and stay in your pyjamas. No Jumping or difficult exercises just big feel good moves to get the blood pumping.

The workout start slow and gentle and slowly increase speed by the end to get our body ready for the day and happy endorphins flowing!

Remember everybody is different it is important to make this your workout own by taking more rest time or modifying the exercises to suit you.

Feels good to be back (the song) lol after over a year, this was quick and simple and was able to do while my baby was in his walker. We had a baby audience 😅

☀️ Just as I was like yay let’s go! It ended haha I will admit I’m not one to start on the floor, I prefer starting standing and then moving to floor exercise but honestly this was great!
