Stretching every day is really important for your muscles to be flexible and strong! This will really help you during your workouts and help prevent injuries. Some of these exercises come from yoga, which help a lot with your mobility and flexibility!
You can do this stretching routine every morning for ultimate long term results! And these stretches are beginner friendly! But don't worry, I got an intermediate/advanced stretching routine coming soon for you :)
