Full Body Workout for Women Over 50 | 30 Minute At Home Pilates

Join me for a 30 minute full body pilates workout for women over 50. This workout is a mix of standing pilates and mat pilates to target the key areas and needs of a woman 50+ who wants to stay strong, fit and flexible. Please note this is NOT a Seniors workout, this is for women 50-65 who are enjoy exercise and want a workout created for them. I've designed this based on my experience as a pilates practitioner and lifetime exerciser, as well as a woman over 50 myself. I know what works and I know how to safely challenge the 50+ body in a intelligent way so come and join me for a very special session. Everything you learn in this session you can apply to all my other workouts so think of it as an education as well as a workout. And if you are not female or over 50, do please do this one as I think you'll be suprised how wonderfully challenging it is.

Did this after a break of 3 weeks when life got in the way, and it certainly surprised (maybe I should say shocked!) my muscles and my core back into the world! Another great workout. And I hope I'll NEVER consider myself as a senior - I'm 67 but have no intention of acting it or being treated as it 😆 Happy belated birthday, Rachel and hope you had a lovely surprise break ❤

One of my favourites Rachel. It also acts as a measure of heart rate, strength and feeling of wellness. Twister prep is the challenge.

As I am a nearly senior I took your advice and had a go at this more challenging session today. A few were impossible and others I just went to where my body allowed me. Have a very Happy Birthday 🎉 this weekend and a well earned rest.

I loved this workout. I did it after about 1 month of not doing serious exercise. Like another subscriber, I shocked my core muscles and did more than I expected. This was a great challenge for me, especially the mat work. Had to skip the last stretch, reaching to the opposite ankle. Just staying in downward dog for long was a challenge. Belated birthday greetings. Take care.

Beautiful and amazing workout for my 53 year old body, that starting to feel the changes of the menopause ! I feel energized and stronger and straighter after the workout!

Dear Rachel, just want to say your workouts really help me a lot mentally and physically.

i've suffered a lot for almost a year. it started from severe hair loss, then insomnia (i have to take sleeping pills), to more recently urinary problem. it is really tough to face all these, since my life before was totally fine. just one night and then everything was different. (work stress probably triggered my menopause symptons)

i like how you show us workouts and your voice, too. It's calm. i have the feelings that i can totally rely on you, which gives me more strength.

one day after i followed your channel for about three weeks, i suddently realized that the urinary problem doesn't bother me so much any more. I couldn't express how thankful i am for this.

i feel calm to watch your videos, even if i am not able to workout after a stressful day. i am actually totally burned out right now, but writing this message calms me down and distracts me from thinking of my job.

P.S. i turned 50 last year. no woman i know at my age suffers like me. 😮‍💨
