CORE WORKOUTS AT HOME
🔥 Here are some of our favorite bodyweight core workouts that you can perform from the comforts of your home! The KB drag through is one Mike’s absolute favorites, and while he’s using a KB, you don’t necessarily need one! You can use ANY thing with weight you can find at home. A plantar, heavy books, or backpack! Just put a towel underneath it, or a magazine if you are on carpet, and you got yourself a frictionless surface!
💥 When it comes to core workouts at home, choose JUST 3 and combine them into one nasty circuit. Think of doing 45s of work, with 15s of rest, and repeating that circuit 3x. Take a little longer break, then choose another 3 exercises with the same tempo! It’s that easy!
