Hiii babes,

I hope everyone is having a good summer so far!

I have finally been able to finalize the name for my platform and that makes me really excited! I really liked the original name and couldn't really leave it there so I chose to combine Sanne Vloet and Soul Sync Body which lead to SanneSync and I loooooove how it sounds! It's close to the original idea but also more personalized. It's been a journey with this name to say at least, haha!

Anyway, I'm so grateful for the continuing support for SanneSync and the community that is starting to grow. It's so empowering to see people come together and work towards being better versions of themselves. A special thank you to all of the members who have completed one of two weeks of my 2-week Pilates program on the platform! So proud of you!

I would love a 45 minutes routine, just easy enough so you can relax a little inbetween, but hard enough so you feel like you've done something, thank you for These Workouts <3

Your workouts are keeping me motivated after having my daughter, I make sure to exercise every day and these workouts have been challenging me postpartum but also your calm and warm energy is really reassuring. My husband even joins in sometimes and our 4-month old watches... she'll be doing baby pilates in no time 😂

Also, I love the new name for your wellness platform!

Just finished this workout and was really challenged 😍 loved it. Struggled a bit with the balance part of the all fours exercise but I’m sure I’ll get there over time (any tips are welcome!) 🙏🏻

I used to struggle with body-image and Started doing your workouts (I was 15 back then) I'm 18 now and I love how my body has changed and how my strength increased. Thank you Queen Sanne👑♥️

Told myself i wasnt going to do a workout today because i wasnt motivated at all. Turned out to do your foam roller stretch and this workout!! Sweating in places i didnt know i could😂 thank you so much sanne ly 💗
