Hello di. Since last yr i was weighing 98kgs by doing strict diet & some cardio, aerobic exercises my knee ligaments got fractures & by this i am a completely osteoarthritis patient . Bt my weigh was stuck at 84 & not going down . Will u suggest me some simple workouts which i can do without bending knee . As dr advised me not to do any heavy lower body workouts spcially cardio, jumping, jogging are banned . Pls will u make a video on it . Pls really need ur hlp .
