Hi Natasha, your exercises are really simple and result oriented. For this particular exercise i would like to request you that, as during exercising we look on either side and are unable to watch the video continuously. Hence it would be better if you break the music to make us understand when to change the side from left to right and vice versa. I hope the request will be looked into, sincerely.
