Keep the heck away from empty carbs, bread, rice, pasta, pastry, sugar and alcohol. Check for leaky gut syndrome. Burn more calories than you eat. The above exercises won't make much difference at all if you have a large belly, although they will be quite useful once you've lost the bulge. Consider high intensity aerobic exercise and defibitely practising intermittent fasting. 💖💖💖
