10 minute Gentle Recovery Walk for Seniors | Getting back to fitness

This low impact, gentle recovery walk is created for seniors and beginners who need to start at a slower pace or for those who are getting back to fitness. This workout includes 10 minutes of walking exercises, 1 minute of balance training and 2 minutes of stretching. Please use your judgment when to modify exercises for yourself. If you feel a move isn't good for you, please change the exercise to a move that is more suitable for you. Steps today is a total of 983...but the focus isn't the steps...it's about moving and starting slowly.

Thank you. Just what I needed after having a nasty virus for 5 weeks. This has made me feel more like my old self . Will be on to something more intense after a few days of breaking self in gently. .

I looked for you on Sunday, no luck. Surprise, new easy workout on a Wednesday. I take it.
We will have up to 38 degrees by tomorrow and not even the dogs want to go out.
So I switch on the A/C and join you. Plenty of workouts available. Thanks
