This low impact, gentle recovery walk is created for seniors and beginners who need to start at a slower pace or for those who are getting back to fitness. This workout includes 10 minutes of walking exercises, 1 minute of balance training and 2 minutes of stretching. Please use your judgment when to modify exercises for yourself. If you feel a move isn't good for you, please change the exercise to a move that is more suitable for you. Steps today is a total of 983...but the focus isn't the steps...it's about moving and starting slowly.
