Welcome to Exercise For Health

Going for a walk can be one of the best daily activities you can do for your health. However, sometimes the weather doesn't always play fair, so this is a short walking routine you can do in the comfort and warmth of your own home. Enjoy!

Thank you so much Richard! I had open heart surgery with aortic valve replacement and an ablation in August, and have been doing cardio rehab. My insurance had run out, and I found your videos this morning! They are so awesome! I am still a little slow, but I managed to do the warm up on your previous video and made it to 10 minutes on this one! Woo Hoo! I am so excited. I plan on doing another set this afternoon, and my heart rate is doing great! Thank you again and many Blessings to you! I am 65 years old, and so grateful to be here! This helps so much for people who are home bound, and can't aford other things. My goal is to get well enough to walk charity walks to give back with all the Blessings I have received. We can do it!!🥰

I just found you and I really appreciate this! I just turned 75 years old and I really need this. Sometimes it's so hot outside. I have been losing my balance and I found out that doing your exercises will help me a lot and it's safe to do it. Thanks again! From Rosemary

This looks like the Leslie Sansone “Walk at Home” video series. I’ve used it for years and very helpful when you can’t walk outside.

Stationary walking or stationary running is so beneficial and easy that it makes exercise avoidance inexcusable.

Hey Richard! It’s 2024. Who knew our weather could be synchronized over the pond. Stormy and rainy here in Canada 🇨🇦👋🏼 and I needed to get moving. Your 10 min ex popped up at just the right time. Perfect for my current physical strengths. Loved the opening scene of this video. Thank you.

I did it! I watched the video last night and didn't attempt it until tonight. I'll be 81 next month and I've been doing some nightly ten minute sessions of walking with my walker in my apartment. This I did without the help of the walker. Thank you.

Thank you Richard for sharing these exercises with us seniors I do them at silver sneakers twice or once a week and I also do them at home it’s really good otherwise too much sitting makes me stiff god bless you👍👏🫶
