I've been doing this routine daily for the past 6 months with some other exercises. It's been very effective. My neck is much less stiff and my entire upper body feels much more flexible. My posture has improved a lot. Thank you very much, Dr. Mandell for sharing your knowledge and for helping people to live a more healthy life.

I have been suffering for 40 years with pinched nerve pain and poor posture pain resulting with the hump in the back of my neck..I just found y'all video last week and have been doing these exercises every morning and I have noticed a really big difference in my posture and having less pain .. I will be watching all y'all videos now..Y'all are truly a Doctor who cares ..THANK Y'ALL KINDLY SIR !!!

It helped me a lot with my pinched nerve pain. No doctor helped me, no one. They only gave me painkillers, that was all.

I just found this posture exercise. I have a reputation for good posture, but I experience stiff neck often. I tried these exercises as a trial. Liked it and planned to use it each morning. The real convincer was next morning in my normal head down movement, I felt no neck pain as usual!! Today is my 2nd day...this is a simple, short daily way to start the day!! Thank you, Dr. Mandell!

Two months with severe vertigo

Dear dr. Mandell, I have a C5-C6 herniated disc, and exercise twice EVERY DAY to Your routine. It has changed my life- my neck and back feel great, and all the pain is gone. This is so much of a God sent to me.
You don't realise how much your posture exercises have helped an old 38 year lower back injury.
Along with treatment from my Chiropractor, and combining his exercises and yours I can finally feel a correction in my whole body. Even though I still have a lot more to overcome, it's been great feeling great for a change.

I fractured my spine and have some compression.At one time I was in so much pain and was bent double. I'm gradually straightening but my head is forward. Going to do your excercises regularly .I really believe in you so 'Thank You'

Thank you Dr. Mandell. After one session, I immediately felt pain free in my upper back muscles. After just one week, doing these stretches once a day before or after exercise, my shoulders are not slumping, my arms are becoming more toned, and my neck is elongated. So easy yet so effective.
