Join me for a 10 minute TONED ABS WORKOUT on the beach to sculpt and strengthen your core muscles. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest for a total of 10 moves. This is a NO WRISTS and NO PLANKS workout, so if that is a problem area for you, then this workout is perfect! You don't need any equipment for this workout, so grab your mat and let's get toning! 💞 xox Mik

Sometimes it's hard to find abs workouts that make you burn and guide you through. I appreciate the instruction and friendly voice, because sometimes hearing club music just doesn't cut it

Honestly, I've been doing Chloe Ting ab workouts just because sher's so popular. But I realized her workout required me to put pressure on my wrists/hands.. and since i have a cast on my left hand I couldn't do it... and tried to find another workout that didn't require me to use so much of my hands. Which is how I stumbled upon this video. I have to say, this is one of my favorite core workout videos. I love that you show us what we will be doing right before the workout and talking us through the workout. I didn't realize what a difference that breathing made. This workout definitely challenged me, but it was not too much that I didn't get discouraged. I felt my core feel fully engaged.

This is awesome, I have tendinitis so putting weight on my hands and wrists in really hard for me but I also want an intense workout!

I"ve been done short ab videos since the beginning of the pandemic - hard at first, but got easier as time went on. This workout brought me back to those earlier days.... that was a killer. I powered through though - loved it . Thx!

I think I might subscribe just because of this video. I’ve seen results in such short time (at least it feels like short time) and I like that’s it doesn’t take long but you can feel the burn while also feeling control! You also seem like a great person I love your personality :)

Thanks for your wrist-free videos! I recently developed carpal tunnel and it's been really difficult and frustrating to find workout options that don't put strain on my wrists.
