I created this workout while doing a random abs routine and I wanted to make it harder so I added weights! I used 10kg in this workout which is a lot but I love the abs and arm burn it gives me. You can use less weight if you want or challenge yourself and go higher with it. It's a different burn and you might not feel it as much as in other workouts in your belly but the soreness after one or two days is sooo good! Believe me.
