I just got my heart broken, so believe me, i’m going to do this whole 10 days plan. Also, i’m gonna change a little the way i eat. Wish me luck ⭐️

I went to a Pilates class in a studio yesterday and let me tell you those workouts give me sooo much more satisfaction!! They are amazing! So grateful that we have them here!! Thank you so much Madeleine❤

Day one, coming from the 1 month Pilates challenge. I feel like it prepared my body for this new challenge and it felt really easy. For any of you who haven’t tried the 1 month challenge you should do it, it is absolutely the best and you don’t get tired of it. Love you Madeleine ❤

The thing that makes this video unique and stand out from others is the choice of music, it's more like a soothing aesthetic which is perfect for wonyoungnism! It's a low impact and I could follow the moves very well even without specific directions. It's a 10 minute but I could feel every little of my core muscle burning and I did piled up with a few sweat drops around my neck <333 Love this for you, Madeleine!

i started working out a few months ago and i wanted to try pilates! my goal is to get a stronger core and look toned, i’ll do updates on my progress :)

day 1: ✅ i really felt the burn but i’m excited to keep going!!
day 2: ✅ this hurt my whole body and wrists so much but afterwards i did day 1 again for fun!
day 3: ✅ i felt pretty good after this one so i did day 1 again, still trying to straighten my legs more!
day 4: ✅ i got a muscle cramp near the end so i couldn't finish the last 5 mins but i felt an intense burn!
day 5: ✅ my core is literally on fire but i’m starting to feel my abs more!

2 days rest 🩷

day 6: ✅ great start to week 2 and i can straighten my legs more now!
day 7: ✅ burn felt good and did day 5 again for fun! i feel a lot stronger already!
day 8: ✅ didn’t have much time so i just did 5 mins for core again!
day 9: ✅ nice warmup for the rest of my workout, i can’t believe tmr is the last day!
day 10: ✅ ended off the week solid! did day 1 again after and i can feel a big difference :)

after doing this program, not only do i look a bit more toned but i also feel way stronger than i used to be! i'm excited to continue working out and improving on my health everyday! on to the next challenge 💪

Hey love i just wanted to let u know that I've never gotten a complete visible abs with the workouts i did in the past, but after doing your pilates for a while, I'm finally seeing the 11 line abs on my tummy 😭

These workout challenges actually get me excited to move my body! It's the perfect balance of easy and difficult. Coming from Chloe Ting workout challenges, I can actually picture myself sticking to this.
