Enjoying your exercises! I’m a medical worker I work 12 hour shift overnight and on occasions when I have to watch one patient, at night I walk around the patients room and do some of your standing leg exercises! Makes my time fly by faster during the time patient is sleeping :) love your videos!

I started fasting around 12 months ago, lost 12 kilos easy & cut carbs & sugar. Now I've plateaued & want to lose another 7 kilos. I'm 55, starting your exercises today. I only remember those workouts I used to do at the gym, so full on 😂😂 these seem to be what I need. Thankyou ❤️
