Weight : 85 kgs ( lost 2 kgs in 10 days by following her other 7day lose stubborn belly fat challange)

What I eat : Because I have been fasting for ramadan I only eat when I break my fast, avoid oily food and drink enough juice or water.... And then at 3 am some rice and curry and drink lots of water...
I drink 2 litres of water everyday so that my stomach feels full after breaking my Fast...1 small glass of water every half an hour.

I don't know how to begin with. I am so overwhelmed by the amazing work you have been doing.
I was at 62 kgs in June 2019 with a buldging belly of 40 inches and bust 38, thighs 21 inches. I stumbled upon your channel on June 21 2019 and started following a couple of your videos and after a month, I was literally taken aback when I found that I have lost 8 kgs!!!
I never expected it to be so huge. I was only looking for inch loss, which I achieved (belly 38 inches, bust 36, thigh 20, waist is 31 (I forgot to measure it earlier)
I typically do at least one hour of a mix of your videos doing at least three to four of seven days challenges and other HIIT for the remaining time. I followed no strict diet other than quitting sugar and bakery products altogether. I also advanced my dinner time to 7 pm.
You are a true Guru Lucy 🙏

i was so sceptical if those short workout videos would really make a difference..i started end of march and so far i have lost 6kg 😂 they really do their magic. all you gotta do is believe in yourself..you can do it!❤

Hello everyone, this exercise in particular i have tried it for 2months & its definitely works. I am 21years old, I was 83kgs and now I am 66kgs(my journey hasn't end yet.updated weight:- 62kg) my waist was 43inch now its 38inch, never have I stepped inside a gymnasium nor did I attempt water fasting or did detox to lose weight.

My journey began this quarantine.
When I started fighting obesity, what I had was adversity and I used it to my advantage.
Did I have a sports bra? Nope
Did I have a mat? Nope, nothing even close to that
Did I have comfortable clothing and shoe to work out with? Nope
Did I have a peace of mind ?not really
Was/Is my neighborhood safe to run early In the morning? Hell no!!!
Did I have friends and family that were motivating me in anyway? Sadly No
Did I fully believe in myself? No
But did I have a vision? Yes
Did I have a goal? yes
Did I stick a weekly plan to achieve my goal? Hell yuh
Did I stick why I wanted to lose weight on my wall and read it everyday? Oh I did!!!
With all the adversities I didnt give up though I failed to continue sometimes and would find myself chugging food while angry but that made me even stronger cause I knew working a little bit harder would bring me results.
Wether I felt like it or not I consistently did easy routine exercise every morning even at times I really couldnt do workouts, I would wake up early and open workout videos while wearing shirt and pants and try it out anyways because discipline is the key to succeed. I Never skipped two days in a row.
When you give it ur all and when people around u see that ur determined they will support u, till they do, u have to support ur self(now I have many sports bra, sport clothes and comfortable shoes cause mom believed in me cause I believed in myself)
I used to draw an imaginary mat with charcoal to do exercises everyday. For change to come in ur life, u need to need it like u need air.
I tell you, you gare be hungry to achieve your set goals at the same time U gare be patient.
Results are inevitable if u give it all you got, I promise you.
I started by cutting off sugar and drinking ginger water with lemon every morning and drinking green tea after every meal.i didnt cut crabs, I just didnt eat white bread as much, also I didnt eat junk food as much.i felt good.
Never in my life had I exercised till i was 20 years old nor have i tried dieting.i thought I couldnt handle dieting cause I was hungry 24/7 and that my bones would start breaking if I ever attempt sports(I really hated z idea of doing sports aswell).
I started with roberts gym 14days challenge to lose weight, I quit it and tried it again and again then went on to Robert's gym 30days challenge, it didn't go so well for me cause I didn't eat healthy. Then I made a lot of research and found Lucy wyndham's 7minutes 7day belly work out which was the best for a beginner and also gave egg diet a shot, I saw amazing results and that motivated me to try 16/8 intermittent fasting with healthy eating and working out as a lifestyle.(thanks to intermittent fasting I no longer suffer from digestive problems and also I dont vomit bile while working out anymore ). Quick fix doesn't do shit and your primary goal or aim should be healthy life (weight loss should just be a secondary goal that supports the primary)


After a week I started doing 10minute jump rope workout of Mr London's which I loved so much and 2 Lucy's 7minute workout which was easy and effective and added love handle workout of chloe ting.
During my menstruation I donot exercise but I eat healthy during that time.
I created a routine of exercises and I started planning what I eat in a week, if my tummy is full, I dont eat even one tablespoon of meal, no matter how sweet it is.
If you are pregnant you should not attempt intermittent fasting!!!!
1. Currently I warm up with Robert's gym warm up exercise, I do 5 workouts of Lucy and love handle workout of chloe ting.
I am soooo happy cause from where I came, I came a long way and i really hope atleast I inspired one person to strive to be the best version of themselves.

Dont expect to be good at exercises and diets rightway, u will fail at 1st but with time u would be amazed on how good u get.
The real tragedy is failing to even attempt them.
Dont be obsessed with the result, learn to Love the taste of ur sweat.
Learn to love the process of your journey and stop comparing your stage 1 with someone's stage 11. if u need comparison, compare yourself with the old u and be proud of z efforts u put into ur self no matter how small your progress Is.

What you have to know:- Diet and the portion of what you eat determines the size of your body (your weight), exercise determines the shape of your body and also your fat loss.

My mistake:- I tried to loose lots of weight at a short time with diet and that exposed me to having loose skin. Learn from mine
(YOU DONOT WANT TO HAVE LOOSE SKIN!)

I have started the 7 days challenge i follow 3 work out video in morning and 4 in evening... Well on 16/05/2020 the day i have started the challenges i measured my belly 33.86 inches didn't did any dieting

I used to struggle with working out because I felt too self conscious to work out at a gym and I was honestly lost as to what work outs I could do at home. Until I found your videos. I do one video one week and then switch it up and do another one of your videos another week. It’s been a month so far and it’s helping me to sleep better and just feel better all around! So THANK YOU!😊
