Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

I completed 14 days, and I lost 2kg. I think those 14 days are very meaningful and wonderful. I will continue doing this exercise until the end of the month

This is my third time doing this. Hopefully, I can pull through. Of course, I am noticing a kick in my stamina, and I’ve been doing another workout of Lily’s but; I’m still a novice at exercise.

I’ve been doing Lilly’s no-jump workouts until now. This one is so much more difficult! But then I feel like her previous workouts made me stronger and prepared me for it! 💪🏻
