Absolute truth. Been leaning down for a while and have gotten down to ~10%, which took 7 months of slow progress. That sure isn't that marketable! But my mindset is completely different from where I started and maintaining this feels like a breeze.

With this "truth" he took such a big load off my shoulders. You are the only one that repeatedly speaks out about this important aspect on Youtube and it is nothing less but the absolute CORE of everything fitness related we do and strive for. I was constantly judging myselffor falling off track, thinking i am the weakest *** on earth and everybody else is able to to it.
But everybody took the same learning process, one learns faster the other earlier (those are actually the "luckiest" when parents already start the process of a healthy lifestyle).
Now I see a lot clearer and can handle falling off track WAY better, without throwing out everything out of the window and staying "off" for the next 6 months and I can even admit that i probably won`t ever stay lean 12/12 months a year, because i simply enjoy my little "bingy" month of december, where i do nothing but PC gaming and stuffing my face with all kinds of treats, having to diet a little harder the following 3 months to get back to where i ended in November. But hey, being lean 8/12 a year is still not too shabby!

Thanks Mario. Fairly new subscriber. 60 year old male. Been lifting on & off for quite a few years but never had my diet & cardio in check so never seemed to lose weight or that back/belly the last 6 weeks I’ve been walking 3 times a week & up & downy 5 flight of stairs went from 193 to 187 but now I’m stuck again so your motivational videos really help. Amazing video. I've been following you for about I think 4/5 years now and it's great to see how consistent you are with your content. You really made me change a lot and I always watch some old videos of yours (and the newer ones) again and again everytime I feel I'm about to fail. Although it's not my goal to be lean and stuff right NOW (I prefer to stick with being skinny) you help me a lot and knowledge it's something very welcomed in life.
