Yea I just got back Into reverse diet increased my calories eating higher carbs less fats and lifting heavier and longer and focusing on less cardio and it’s definitely getting me leaner

These guys are down on cardio for losing weight but I think it is still very beneficial for fat loss and losing the gut. Especially for people with sedentary jobs that are working from home during the pandemic.
If you are a Nurse or Construction worker or someone who is walking around and active all day it is probably needed a lot less.
The human body wasn't designed to sleep 8 hours them wake up and sit down again on a chair or the couch with a laptop for another 8 hours barely moving.
I know diet is by far the most important thing but still movement is important.
A lot of people gained weight during Covid that still worked out at home because their daily NEAT was way down just from the shut downs.

How long should the mini bulk last? Thinking of doing the mini bulk by just adding 2 cups of whole milk a day which equals out to about 300 calories

Some advice would help. I've been at 12% body fat for months and I cant lose the lower stomach.

I can see my top two about lost 10 pounds still only see my top two abs what do I do I’ve lost fat everywhere else my top two abs look more lean to lol
